Staff Product Manager, B2B (Enterprise)

Stepful is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the creation of innovative, data-driven product experiences for Enterprise (B2B) customers, helping large organizations unlock learner success at scale through cutting-edge solutions. As a Staff Product Manager, you will build 0 to 1 greenfield products tailored to the unique needs of our Enterprise clients and partner with them to deliver impactful outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on developing 0 to 1 products for B2B or Enterprise customers
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior client stakeholders and executive teams at large organizations, especially within healthcare or similar regulated industries
• Strong analytical skills (proficient in SQL & data visualizations) with the ability to translate client needs into data-driven insights and actionable requirements
