Location:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral interviews for final-stage candidates
- Evaluate candidates using psychological techniques, behavioral questions, and competency-based assessments.
- Assess candidates’ emotional intelligence, adaptability, communication skills, leadership potential, etc.
- Collaborate with the internal hiring team to refine interview techniques and assessments for better candidate evaluation.
- Stay updated on psychological testing methods and recruitment best practices to ensure accurate, fair evaluations.
- Assess candidate fit based on company requirements, job descriptions, and cultural alignment.
- Provide comprehensive, objective, and well-structured assessment reports to Executive Management.
- Evaluate candidate strengths, weaknesses, and growth potential.
- Ensure fairness, consistency, and adherence to company values during the interview process.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information with discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience conducting behavioral interviews or psychological assessments, ideally in a corporate environment.
- Availability to conduct virtual interviews within 2 days of receiving notice.
- Part-time contract basis
