Sprint With Sprinters
What The Role Involves:
Sprinto is building the next phase of its outbound sales engine.
We’re hiring:
1 SDR for North America
1 SDR for India
This is not a traditional SDR role.
We’re looking for high-agency operators who combine:
exceptional communication skills,
strong cold-calling ability,
commercial instinct,
and modern AI-enabled outbound workflows.
Each SDR will partner closely with 2 AEs in-region, supporting a high-value outbound motion with:
~$400K–$600K AE quotas
Average deal sizes of $14K–$25K across regions
What You’ll Bring To The Team:
This role requires SDRs who are:
Sharp and concise in written communication.
Naturally curious in conversation.
Comfortable building trust quickly with prospects.
We would especially love to see examples of workflows, automations, or systems you have personally built to improve:
Conversion rates
Outbound efficiency
Personalization quality
Meeting quality
Pipeline generation
Tools we expect familiarity with:
Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , HubSpot , Outbound sequencing and enrichment tools - Clay Zapier ChatGPT and AI copilots.
Regional market familiarity - US/APAC
