The Forward Deployment Engineer will work directly with customers to understand their governance, risk, and compliance workflows and translate those needs into live Sprinto workflows.
Requirements
- Customer problem structuring — ability to convert ambiguous customer conversations into precise, actionable problem statements
- Solution design judgment — strong instinct for when to configure, extend, or build from scratch
- Full-stack engineering execution — ability to implement production-quality changes across APIs, backend systems, and integrations
- Agent-driven development — proficiency in using LLM/agent systems (e.g., clause-based agents) to generate, modify, and validate code
- Prompt & workflow design — designing reliable prompts, tools, and execution flows for consistent agent behavior
- System integration & APIs — deep understanding of integrating external systems, handling data flow, and managing edge cases
- Rapid prototyping & iteration — shipping quick solutions, testing with users, and refining in tight feedback loops
- Debugging & adaptability — diagnosing issues across both human-written and agent-generated code
- Stakeholder communication — clear, concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Product sense & feedback looping — identifying repeat patterns and feeding insights back into product and platform improvements
