This financial backing enabled a series of strategic acquisitions, including Get Satisfaction, NewBrand, Booshaka, Postano, and the social advertising business of Nanigans, each adding critical capabilities to the platform. In 2021, Sprinklr achieved another major milestone by going public on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CXM.
