Spreetail is looking for Channels Performance Specialist who will be responsible for managing and exceeding channel account health performance metrics. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, who possesses strong knowledge of customer service processes and who communicates effectively.
How you will achieve success:
- Primary owner for managing and exceeding channel account health performance metrics.
- Aligns & communicates with channel management and channel partners on account health progress and strategies.
- Leads process optimization, change management, and initiatives across divisions that impact order health, returns, our customer, and protect margins.
- Responsible for managing the health of existing channel task processes and implementing new processes to exceed the demands of tomorrow’s customer.
- Supports item & listing optimization by executing strategies that increase product reviews, improve review ratings, Q&A, and increase customer trust.
