Requirements

What You Bring

• Proven experience and demonstrated success in designing and delivering effective soft skills training in an online setting

• Ability to convey complex soft skills concepts in a clear and accessible manner

• C2 level in the training language
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with adult learners from diverse corporate backgrounds

• Commitment to personal and professional development in the field of soft skills training
• Degree or certifications in soft skills training is a plus
