As we continue to grow, we are on the lookout for a new Sales Support Program Manager to join our Sales Support team. This role will involve close collaboration with Solution Consultants, Key Account Managers, and Sales Operations to optimize, organize, and scale our sales processes, ensuring seamless interactions for Speexx customers. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a truly global, dynamic team and make a positive impact on the learning and development industry from day one.
What You’ll Do:
- Build an efficient Sales Support strategy and contribute to the enhancement of our customer lifecycle.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new Sales Support team members and ensure ongoing training for current staff.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Management, Marketing, CSM, and C-Level) and external stakeholders (consultants, suppliers, LMS providers) to improve infrastructure related to data protection and security, integration, and certification.
- Coordinate and manage Sales Support activities across global business units.
- Create, maintain, and help translate sales support templates and documentation.
- Monitor the Sales Support Team’s progress, ensuring organization and alignment with department KPIs.
What We Look For:
- Excellent understanding of Sales Support principles and process development.
· High attention to detail.
- Advanced communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Strong interest in and deep knowledge of Sales and Sales support needs/pain points.
- Vision and know-how to conceptualize, build, and improve internal processes.
- Ability to inspire teams to continuously achieve goals and targets.
- Previous experience with Dynamics 365, MS Office, Miro, Power Apps, SDL, Document Creation Engines, and CPQ Tools.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and German is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Location: Living in Munich or nearby areas is highly advantageous.
