Position :Project Manager/Virtual Assistant

Work Hours :Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time

Salary Range :$980 (Depending on the interview result and client’s

approval)

Responsibilities:

• Creating projects from templates
• Communicating with client service team for creation of project timelines
• Ensuring that projects are progressing against prescribed timelines
• Maintain documentation of project details, plans, status reports and meeting minutes

Requirements

• At Least 3 years of relevant experience in the role, with experience in project management is preferably
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English
• Exceptional multitasking skills
• Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and project timelines
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in an advertising agency setting is also preferred
• Project Management certification or designation
• Familiarity with Asana
