Position: HR Admin/ Generalist
Working Hours: Mon-Fri full time 9-5 EST (with some evening availability on an as-needed basis.)
Salary Range: $900 - $1,200/ month

Duties and Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- This position provides support to the HR Manager and contributes to all areas of human resources and employee engagement at the company. A successful candidate has a passion for people, is process driven and detail oriented. Human Resources:
- Oversee the administration of the applicant tracking system. Manage active job postings, screen resumes, and work collaboratively with the Payroll Administrator to upkeep the applicant tracking system.
- Oversee the administration of the 30- day and 90-day Check-In for New Hires on Intake Board in Asana
- Oversee and Administration of Intakes and Exits for W-2 employees, International, and US Contractors.
- Administration/Scheduling of Performance Review Meetings in Paylocity HRIS systems twice a year in January and July.
- Screen potential employees by running background checks.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and policy overview.
- Oversee and execute the onboarding program for W-2 staff, International Contractors, and US Contractors from offer/vendor agreement through Day 1 training.
- Schedule and create training calendars for new hires in the first week, when necessary.
- Schedule candidate travel, in partnership with GC for employee stays compliance/policy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for all company policies and provide guidance to employees.
- Oversee various HR platforms such as Slack, Guru, Asana, and Google Platform.
- Work collaboratively with the HR Manager to audit and improve Human Resources practices and policies.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives including, but not limited to: performance reviews, engagement surveys, quarterly company wide meeting preparation.
- Assist with document organization and auditing via Google Drive and Dropbox platforms.
- Oversee the HR inbox.
Logistics, Scheduling & Administration
- Coordinate and prepare key communications and meetings as assigned: company wide meeting, new employee onboarding itineraries, etc.
- Schedule all recruiting appointments with external candidates
- Assist with travel coordination
- Serve as primary point of contact for the company's supply requests and employee equipment support
- Provide troubleshooting support for business related platforms, applications and technology
Schedule:
Working hours are Monday-Friday approximately 9am-5pm CST with some evening availability on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of previous experience managing administrative functions for an HR department or in an Office environment.
- Proficient with Slack, ASANA & Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Guru - a plus!
- Comfortable learning new technology.
- Exemplary planning, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Active learner: taking initiative comes naturally.
- High degree of professionalism and judgment with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
