Position : Contract Administrator Assistant
Working Hours : Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern time
Salary : $1200 - $1500
As a Contract Administrator Assistant, you will support the Contract Administrator and other legal or administrative professionals by managing various aspects of contracts and agreements. You will assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contract documents, ensuring their accuracy and completeness. Additionally, you will organize and keep records of all contract-related documents for easy retrieval and reference. Acting as a liaison, you will facilitate communication between different departments and clients to ensure everyone is informed about contract terms and updates. You will also help ensure that contracts comply with company policies and relevant laws and regulations, monitoring contract performance to ensure all parties fulfill their obligations. Overall, a Contract Administrator Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective management of contracts within an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and related documents.
- Share contract details with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform administrative tasks related to contract management.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and contract execution.
- Adapt work hours to align with the sales team’s time zone.
- Utilize computer skills to manage multiple screens and systems efficiently
Requirements
- At least 3 years relevant experience in the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience in investment banking or a similar financial environment is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to manage multiple screens.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Additional language skills, particularly Chinese, are a plus.
