Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Bookkeeper / Office Assistant)
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Work Hours (Client): M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Work Hours (MNL): M-F 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila
Pay Range: $800-$1,000 USD /month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Bookkeeper/Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and supporting various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Experience: Must have at least 4 years of experience in Bookkeeping.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, and Quickbooks, particularly Microsoft Excel, and comfortable using virtual communication tools.
- Strict Attention to Detail: Must be able to maintain accuracy while handling financial data and administrative tasks.
- Time Management: Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks within set deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful in finding solutions to challenges that may arise.
