About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Bookkeeper and Executive Assistant. This role combines traditional bookkeeping responsibilities with executive assistant duties, including calendar management, travel coordination, task management, and handling special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage all aspects of bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with external accountants for audits and tax filings.
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects and deadlines.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Conduct research and compile data for special projects and reports as needed.
