About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone passionate about education and design. The successful candidate will collaborate with the founder to craft products that deliver on our mission and create content that clearly communicates them to our audience. We are committed to supporting the successful candidate to build brand graphic consistency across our products and marketing materials with soft colors and beautiful hints of watercolor.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce graphic materials for digital and print media, including product content, packaging, marketing materials, and promotional content.
• Develop cohesive designs that reflect our brand and are optimized for marketing and sales campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
• Provide expertise in graphic design trends, digital art, and visual communication to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
• Assist in the selection of photos, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to visually represent the brand and messages.
• Ensure consistency in the aesthetic and brand voice across all company graphics.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a brand that has a similar target market.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with web design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, detail orientation, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively remotely.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A cover letter and portfolio are required.
