The ideal candidate will be a professional who is truly a results-oriented self-starter, energetic, and eager to exceed expectations. Specifically, the person will provide support to a dental setup/digital processing technician team and be responsible to achieve production and growth targets.
As a(n) Treatment Bilingual Designer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
- Development of individual competencies that maximizes performance through goal-setting and performance management.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple functions including Manufacturing, R&D, Customer Care, and business teams.
- May require processing of production cases utilizing clinical knowledge to perform digital treatment setups for orthodontic and dental appliances.
- Point of contact for treatment issues resolution depending on the assigned process.
- Communication with business peers may be required.
- Responsible for operational goals including production of daily orthodontic/dental digital set-us for treatment for removable and/or fixed appliances.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Skills and Expertise
- Four-year of experience in the aligners industry as a dental treatment technician is required
- Medical background related with ortho/dental industry is required
- Experience being SME, working with QA or clinical area will be highly recommended
- Experience with dental CADCAM software and/or graphic design software.
- Competent with web browsers and MS Office.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Manage soft skills when interacting with our internal and external customers.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced English level.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Be a quick learner and grasp concepts quickly and be open to developing new skills.
- Analytical skills and experience in driving quality improvement and performance metrics.
- Dental knowledge with experience in a dental / orthodontic lab or office with hands-on experience and knowledge of tooth anatomy, function, and occlusion.
- Experience with Power BI or other Software Developing Tools.
Work location:
- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Heredia Belénat least1 day per week)
