How You’ll Make an Impact

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will drive the development and ongoing optimization of all digital marketing campaigns across SOCi’s markets. In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to create and capture demand through paid and organic digital channels, including paid search, display, paid social, retargeting, email marketing, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives. Serve as the SME by establishing best practices and repeatable processes for launching digital campaigns.
  • Drive innovation and experimentation, including testing new channels, proposing process changes, and implementing automation, to optimize marketing performance.
  • Partner with SDR leadership to inspect and optimize lead follow up processes and nurtures.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and budgets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance metrics, providing actionable insights and performance forecasts.

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful customer acquisition strategies, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong quantitative background, with experience using data and metrics to inform marketing strategy.
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to assess data, industry trends, competitor GTM strategy, and company objectives to develop thoughtful digital marketing strategies.
  • Passion and expertise in all things digital. Proven expertise in campaign planning, execution, and optimization across major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) as well as CRM, MAP.
