Software Engineer – Engineering Systems Continuous Integration Team

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build a world-class developer platform for the Snowflake Data Cloud. As an engineer in the Continuous Integration team, you will play a central role in setting the technical standard and delivering the CI service that powers our repositories.

Requirements

• Strong passion for making developers highly productive
• 5+ years industry experience designing and building distributed data systems
• Track record of technical leadership
• Experience working on enterprise-grade Continuous Integration for Cloud-based distributed systems
• Excellent problem solving skills, and strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
• Fluency in Java, C++, Python or Go
• Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate well, and mentor junior engineers
• Strategic mindset and strong sense of what to prioritize for maximum impact
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Outstanding written and oral English language skills
