Snapscale is searching for skilled and experienced Executive Virtual Assistants that has the ability to perform the following tasks but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Organize communication via emails and phone calls
• Administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering and making phone calls, database entries, data presentations, and travel arrangements.
• Building and developing relationships with clients and stakeholders while tactfully managing confidential information and correspondences.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience as an executive assistant or similar role
