Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement clear SOPs for key internal processes.
• Maintain and update SOPs regularly to reflect changes in technology, industry standards, and company procedures.
• Develop user-friendly templates for tasks, checklists, and reports within project management systems.
• Utilise project management software tools to plan projects with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience as an operations specialist or similar role in the IT sector.
• Familiarity with IT service desk software and ticketing systems.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in project management software and a willingness to learn new tools.
• The ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
