Description:

Skan is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Implementation Consultant to drive the successful deployment of our products within customer environments. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between Skan and our customers, ensuring seamless product implementation, and configuration, and assisting our customers in realizing maximum value from our solutions. As the bridge between our internal teams and client stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in understanding customer processes, documenting requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that drive tangible business impact.

What you will do at Skan:

Customer Engagement and Solution Delivery:

  • Collaborate closely with customers' technical teams to assess requirements, map processes, and execute comprehensive deployment plans for Skan's product offerings.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, configuration, and operationalization of Skan solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and seamless integration into their existing infrastructure.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance, support, and timely resolution to product-related issues and queries.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to ambitious deployment schedules and successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans and provide regular updates.
  • Manage escalations by documenting risks and impacts, partnering with internal teams and customers to develop remediation plans.
  • Build deep expertise in Skan's product suite and maintain knowledge of the latest updates.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Skan platform, supporting the customer Center of Excellence (COE) and Skan partners, assisting with platform deployment and enablement of relevant roles involved.

Technical Expertise and Troubleshooting:

  • Leverage your deep technical expertise to conduct thorough research, investigate issues, and debug product deployments, working closely with Skan's Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Utilize monitoring tools to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis, leveraging your analytical skills and log analysis capabilities to identify and address the underlying causes of technical issues.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions to our customers.

Solution Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer configurations, processes, and application requirements, ensuring knowledge transfer and future reference.
  • Collaborate with customer subject matter experts to understand their business processes, and desired outcomes, and validate reports generated by Skan's solutions.
  • Create and present executive reports and updates, effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

What you will bring to Skan:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5-6 years of working experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area.
  • Proven ability to perform data interpretation, result analysis, and application of statistical techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with IT systems, software applications, Windows, and Linux platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for tackling operational technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, APIs, security protocols, and communication protocols is highly desirable.
