Join SimpleClosure as a Growth Lead, Community & Ecosystem, and make an outsized impact in creating innovative solutions for businesses, their teams, and their stakeholders. You'll be responsible for designing growth experiments, building relationships with the Bay Area startup ecosystem, and becoming the known SimpleClosure face in SF.
Requirements
- Design, launch, and evaluate a continuous portfolio of growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and referral
- Build and maintain a rigorous test-and-learn framework
- Identify and exploit non-obvious acquisition channels
- Work closely with product to find growth loops embedded in the product itself
- Use AI as core infrastructure for research, outreach personalization, content generation, and workflow automation
- Attend 3–5 Bay Area startup events per week
- Build genuine, deep relationships with VC associates, startup attorneys, founders, and accelerator program managers
- Source warm introductions and referral relationships that feed directly into the sales pipeline
- Run or co-host SimpleClosure-branded community touch points
