Requirements
- 2+ years NetSuite support experience
- BS, preferably in business, accounting, or IT related field
- Accounting or financial systems background required
- Expertise with approval workflows, electronic payments, Fixed Assets, Deferred Revenue preferred
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite accounting & distribution modules preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Consulting experience is strongly preferred
- NetSuite certifications a plus
- Customer service oriented, with a proactive approach to client support and relationship management
