- This is a part-time, contract / freelance opportunity (estimated 20–40 hours per week) with the potential to convert to a full-time hire in 2026. The hourly rate for this role is $90/hour.
- This position is fully remote, however we are only considering candidates who are located in North America and can be available for internal and client facing calls between 8:30am - 6pm EST.
- We are looking for someone an for an experienced, client-facing Program Manager to support complex martech projects in a fast-paced agency environment. Candidates must have agency martech/SaaS experience to be considered. If you don’t have experience with SaaS system implementations and migrations in an agency environment (working with outside clients), this role will unfortunately not be the right fit for you. Ideal candidates will be comfortable jumping into cross-functional teams and actively driving projects to successful delivery. - Act as both a leader and a collaborator to both client and internal team members, proactively providing clarity and direction across multiple, complex, interconnected initiatives.
- Ability to manage projects that often include multiple workstreams, vendors and technology platforms, requiring tight orchestration across internal cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and partners.
- Coordinate and connect related workstreams under a unified strategy to ensure cross-project dependencies are managed and outcomes ladder up to client objectives.
- Demonstrate executive presence and composure in client settings, confidently guiding conversations even amid ambiguity or shifting priorities.
- Understand the engagement requirements. While our PMs are not technical SMEs, they have technical experience and an understanding of the platforms and processes involved in our engagements.
- Report on account and project data, including burn, timeline impacts and revenue forecasting.
- Lead project health meetings (internally and externally), providing accurate and up-to-date data and analysis.
- Create and maintain detailed and accurate project plans, driving forward progress and holding project resources accountable for task completion, planned hours and actual hours.
- Identify project risks and opportunities for mitigation and communicate to the full project team.
- Optimize communication flow among the internal team, effectively communicating risks, dependencies, blockers and impacts to timelines internally and externally.
- Plan and forecast resourcing, as well as project workload in a weekly and proactive manner.
Qualifications/Experience
- 5+ years experience in the Project Management discipline, in a fast-paced, agile, agency environment.
- Experience in Project Management principles and methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) so as to blend them with Delivery frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, managing the development, maintenance, monitoring, controlling and completion of all projects.
- Martech/SaaS experience required.
- Agency experience required, specifically working with external clients and stakeholders.
- Experience using PPM tools (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- This is a fully remote position, requiring a 1099 contractor relationship.
- Must have current US work authorization.
