Requirements
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 10 years of progressive experience, including prior people leadership and management responsibility
- Extensive experience leading complex business functions or initiatives that span multiple departments or disciplines
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable, including responsibility for hiring, performance management, and talent development
