The Sr. Analyst, Demand Response Settlements role is responsible for settlement analytics and reporting of operational market activity for a portfolio of wind, solar, battery, and demand response assets across multiple markets in North America. The role requires a self-motivated, dedicated, and responsible individual with the ability to perform well under pressure. Responsibilities include managing settlement, billing reconciliations, and financial analysis of operational activities, providing timely and accurate daily and monthly statements to customers, and supporting business development activities and other project analysis through market expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics; advanced degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in Demand Response or Wholesale Settlements, including 3 years of supervisory experience and 2 years of settlement and enrollment work across multiple demand response markets
  • Ability to create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change with momentum
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to maintain a strict level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and demonstrate a vested interest in team goals and objectives
