What will I be doing?
Joining as the Senior Project Manager, you will deliver projects with multiple workstreams specialising in cloud migrations with knowledge of on-premises and Azure cloud environments, Datawarehouse modernisation and Microsoft Modern Work offering.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring these projects reach successful outcomes, staying within scope, budget, and timeline.
Leaning into your expertise, we are seeking someone tenacious to continuously improving our project delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a lead in the end-to-end delivery of complex projects with multiple workstreams.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Coordinate resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and subcontractors.
- Showcase your adeptness in managing stakeholders with finesse, building strong relationships and effectively communicating to ensure everyone's needs are understood and addressed.
- Keep stakeholders, both within and outside the organization, informed about project advancements, potential risks, and any challenges that arise. Anticipate concerns and take proactive measures to resolve them swiftly.
- Guide and inspire project team, creating a cooperative and dynamic atmosphere where excellence and collaboration thrives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex technology projects, preferably in relation to cloud migrations or similar.
- Strong project management skills and commercial acumen, including experience with project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and senior leadership, especially between non-technical and technical resources.
- Have a willingness to learn and share knowledge with others.
- Be happy to take initiative.
- Knows how to deal with ambiguity.
