IT Project Manager - Bluesign

Requirements

• University degree in the field of computer science / business administration (or equivalent in experience)
• At least 5 years experience as a project manager or program manager, ideally in cross-functional, international environments
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships and partnering effectively with key stakeholders
• Deep technology expertise, actively involved in the details including design and architecture along with the ability to bring innovative approaches and ideas to the business and technology
• Flexibility in methodology, handling an agile "build" methodology within constantly refreshing and innovating technology platforms while steering in an efficient way towards a defined end or intermediate deliverables
• Experience with agile development (e.g. scrum) is a plus
• Uses the common tools of the project business, such as MS Project and MS Office
• Experience with advanced support solutions like Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, Planner is a plus
• Experience in small or scaling organizations; adaptable and pragmatic approach to evolving processes
• Understanding of sustainability data, certification workflows, and ESG-related processes is a strong plus
• Project Management accreditation (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM) recommended
