Client Services Associate

The Client Services Associate will act as a liaison between clients and the laboratory to deliver good service and scope future work as needed. They will prepare and submit response quotes for work, help prepare responses to Requests for Proposals, and work with clients to ensure service is being delivered and provide follow up as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry or related science
• 3-5 years' experience working as a scientist in a lab environment or equivalent
• 1-2 years' experience in a customer service position - preferred
