Client Services Associate will act as an intermediary between clients and the laboratory to provide good service and evaluate future work according to needs. They will prepare and submit response quotes for work, assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals, and collaborate with clients to ensure service delivery.

Requirements

Degree in pharmacy, biotechnology, biology, chemistry or related sciences
3 to 5 years of experience as a scientist in a laboratory environment or equivalent
1 to 2 years of experience in a client service position
