Art Director:

We are adding an Art Director to our ServiceMaster Restore marketing team who will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent creative vision for the marketing team. In this role you will be guiding the creative team in-house agency, establishing budgets, timeframes and managing client relationships.

What you will do:

  • Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate objectives across business units into to clear and motivating creative strategies
  • Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape to optimize future creative strategies and campaigns
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
  • Create refreshing and innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for audiences
  • Oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain appropriate approvals for deliverables
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, design, and tone across various channels and platforms
  • Lead and review the work of the creative teams for all web, print, and digital marketing
  • Lead and manage content strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technologies
  • Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverable address marketing goals and challenges effectively
  • Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources without compromising quality
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains current and competitive
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for their professional development
  • Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messaging and deliverables
  • Identify training needs within the creative team and organize relevant workshops or training sessions
  • Foster a continuous learning environment to keep the team updated on industry best practices

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing, or related field.
  • Ten years of relevant experience with seven or more years as a creative leader in an agency or corporate setting
  • Proven experience as an Art Director, project management, or in a similar creative leadership role
