ServiceCore is a rapidly-growing field-service Software as a Service platform for the portable sanitation and dumpster industries. We are seeking a Principal Program Manager for Enterprise Implementations to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact software implementations for our largest and most sophisticated customers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-level SaaS or software implementations
- Demonstrated strength in scope definition, documentation, and expectation-setting at project kickoff
- Proven success as a hands-on Project Manager with accountability for outcomes—not just coordination
- Experience partnering and collaborating with implementation and data migration teams
- Strong ability to lead through influence in cross-functional environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with executive-level customers
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with configurable platforms, ERP systems, or operational software strongly preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel for customer on site engagements
