This remote role partners closely with customers and internal teams to manage complex, large-scale software implementations from initial discovery through go-live and post-implementation review.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing software solution implementations for external customers
- Proven ability to lead complex, large-scale projects from planning through go-live
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to manage customer expectations while balancing priorities and delivery capability
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Jira preferred
- Knowledge of the packaging industry is a plus
- PMP certification preferred
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus
