About Us
At Seen TV, we help people tell powerful stories - even if they’ve never told one before.
We’re a media-tech company with 8 million followers. We build tools that guide everyday people through the storytelling process. The result? Citizen journalism that makes people feel seen.
Our shows include:
- Seen Health – real stories of people living through tough physical conditions.
- Seen Minds – a mental health series that talks about things many are afraid to say.
- Seen Survivors – voices of people who lived through assault and domestic violence.
We also cover global issues that are important but often misrepresented - like what’s happening in Palestine.
We’re called Seen for a reason: our goal is to make overlooked communities feel visible and heard.
Right now, we reach young people (13–24) in the US with viral videos. But we’re growing fast- expanding into Africa, the Middle East, and new topics.
The last 7 years were all about storytelling on phones.
The next 7? We’re going all in on spatial storytelling- creating content for headsets like the Apple Vision Pro.
As AR and Web3 evolve, we want to make unseen communities visible - sharing their stories in new, meaningful ways. By letting people see the world through others' eyes, we hope to build more empathy and understanding.
Because the world becomes kinder when we see life through someone else’s eyes.
If you’re a creative who’s tired of selling sugar water or fixing broken media companies - come build something meaningful with us.
We’re looking for a Unicorn.

What You Should Be Good At:

- The ability to multitask and stay on top of multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Being based in or around Johannesburg, South Africa (preferred).
Our mission-driven culture:
- Seen TV spotlights the unseen: We don’t tell people’s stories for them - we help them tell their own. Our mission is to amplify voices that mainstream media misses.
- Seen TV creates the future: AI, AR, mobile — we’re not chasing trends, we’re setting them. Our tech helps people tell better stories, faster.
- Seen TV moves fast: Culture moves quick. So do we. From breaking news to viral moments, we’re always plugged in and ready to create.
- Seen TV is diverse, kind, and sharp: We come from everywhere. We lead with empathy. And we hire brilliant minds who know storytelling can change the world.
Here, you get the chance to work with a fun, driven team where creativity is at the heart of everything we do. If you’re ready to make an impact, we’d love to meet you!
