Your Key Responsibilities

• Project management
• Ensure Agile way of working
• Facilitate change management within both the team and the company regarding digitalization
• Planning Digital Events with cross functional Teams
• Maintaining the Digital community
• Building a new community Digital employee journey for Schaeffler Employees
• Planning Trainings/Articles with tips and tricks for the digital workplace (M365, concept board etc.)
• Communication concept for Employee IT

Your Qualifications

• Know How in Agile way of working
• Experience in Change Management
• Professional command of English
• German - nice to have
• M365 Know How
• Community Management /Content Creation for Intranet appearance/ Communication
• Project Management skills
