Your Key Responsibilities

  • Take care of continuous development of assigned teams within IT Security Management towards a high performing agile organization
  • Ensure international cross-location collaboration between team members
  • Convey the practical implementation of agile values and principles through coaching, mentoring, training and support of the teams, the Product Owner and stakeholders
  • Facilitate agile events and workshops including preparation and follow-up, such as dailies, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings
  • Support the Product Owners by applying techniques for efficient product backlog management and creating an understanding of product planning in complex work environments
  • Work closely with other agile roles and promote cross-divisional exchange and collaboration in agile communities
  • Coach individuals or teams with a focus on mindset, behavior and continuous improvement towards a self-organization and cross-functional teamwork, remove impediments and focus on team collaboration and efficiency with focus on the entire value stream

Your Qualifications

  • University degree with focus on Business Informatics, IT, Business Administration or comparable qualification, ideally with some background in psychology and experience in change management
  • Several years of practical experience in the Scrum Master/Agile Coach role and in applying agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and methods
  • Scaled agile frameworks knowledge (e.g. SAFe, LeSS) is nice to have
  • Expertise in leading, coaching and developing agile teams
  • Practical experience with collaboration tools (Jira/Confluence and Conceptboard/Miro)
  • Fluent English skills and intercultural sensitivity is mandatory as well as experience in an international environment, German is an advantage
  • Servant leadership attitude, empathic mentoring skills, high customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • High adaptability, strong ability to work in a team, motivation and commitment as well as an independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
