IT Solutions Engineer - Identity & Access

Your Key Responsibilities

• Analysis, coordination and resolution of IT problems (incidents) in the context of service management for identity and access management
• Integration of business applications & IT systems into the central identity & access management systems for providing user management and Single-Sign-On
• Technical support & maintenance of the identity & access management systems and the interfaces to business applications
• Participate in projects related to Identity & Access Management

Your Qualifications

• Completed study in a field of computer science or comparable qualification with appropriate practical experience
• Experience and knowledge in identity and access management solutions
• Good knowledge in directory services such as (Azure) Active Directory & eDirectory
• Knowledge of web technologies and protocols (SOAP, REST, SAML, OAuth ...)
• Awareness of IT security and privacy
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills, solutions-oriented and structured way of working
