The Integrated Commerce Coordinator supports the execution, reporting, and optimization of wholesale and marketplace ecommerce performance, with a strong focus on account management, reporting accuracy, promotional coordination, and content execution. This role partners closely with the Senior Manager of Integrated Commerce, external agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence across wholesale accounts, Amazon, and other marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytically driven, with the ability to manage multiple platforms, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Account Management & Reporting

  • Support the Senior Manager of Integrated Commerce with day-to-day wholesale account management, including product uploads, catalog organization, and ongoing backend maintenance across wholesale platforms
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement by account, category, SKU, location, or promotion
  • Deliver accurate and timely recurring and ad hoc reporting across wholesale accounts, proactively surfacing risks, performance gaps, and actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Recommend enhancements to the existing reporting repository based on platform functionality, data availability, and business relevance
  • Coordinate with wholesale partners and external agencies to optimize ecommerce content, merchandising strategies, and execution standards
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for wholesale account platforms, ensuring accurate catalog setup, data integrity, and consistent execution

Amazon & Marketplace Management and Reporting

  • Support the Senior Manager of Integrated Commerce with day-to-day marketplace management and reporting across Amazon and additional third-party platforms
  • Monitor and report on marketplace sales performance by channel, category, and SKU, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Ensure timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc marketplace reports
  • Conduct daily audits of Amazon parent ASINs to ensure accuracy, compliance with marketplace best practices, and adherence to brand standards
  • Partner closely with the Amazon agency to ensure smooth business operations, resolve issues, and remove executional roadblocks
  • Own the product onboarding process for marketplaces, including setup, validation, and optimization
  • Make recommendations for improved product content based on marketplace best practices, competitive insights, and available creative assets

Marketing Calendar, Promotions & Pricing

  • Develop and maintain an integrated marketing calendar across wholesale accounts and marketplaces to track promotional activity, pricing changes, and key retail moments
  • Monitor pricing compliance across platforms to support business continuity, protect margins, and maintain Amazon Buy Box eligibility
  • Communicate promotional plans and pricing updates to the operations team to proactively inform sales forecasting and inventory planning
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date wholesale and marketplace P&Ls, reflecting current pricing, promotions, and margin assumptions

Retail Asset & Content Management

  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure timely development and delivery of retail-ready assets
  • Build and maintain a centralized repository of retail assets to support consistent and optimized product representation across retailers and marketplaces
  • Regularly update and maintain pitch decks and selling materials for new wholesale, retail, and marketplace opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce, integrated commerce, wholesale, marketplace management, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience supporting wholesale accounts and/or third-party marketplaces, including product setup, catalog maintenance, and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience creating and maintaining recurring and ad hoc performance reports
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple platforms, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including data analysis and reporting
