Location:
- Provide technical support for centralized IT systems, including servers, networks, and shared applications.
- Monitor backups and general system performance and respond to service alerts or outages.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Document procedures, incidents, and technical solutions in the service management system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams such as network, security, and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
- Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Experience with Veeam Backups
- Knowledge of Windows OS
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with Azure Backups
- Knowledge of Linux and MacOS.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KCM).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud services such as Microsoft 365 or Azure.
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash).
