Integrated Marketing Field Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce in-person and virtual events from concept through completion: identify sponsorship opportunities or hosted opportunities, manage vendors, create playbooks and help measure results
• Help manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and onsite coordination.
• Ensure that events are aligned with marketing objectives, target audience preferences, and brand guidelines.
• Work cross-functional with the demand generation team to promote activities to assist with driving attendance and engagement.
• Work cross-functional with the PR and Product Marketing team to ensure messaging on site and pre-event aligns with Saviynt brand.
• Build relationships with the Field Sales teams to better understand and strategize the needs for each region.
• Work with the Marketing Ops team to ensure leads are imported into Hubspot and Salesforce campaigns.
• Work with the SDR team to enable follow up through cadences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in event planning, field marketing, or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully executing field events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences for event attendees.
• Proficiency with event management software, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel as needed for event execution and attendance (estimated travel up to 25%).
