Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and executing B2C marketing strategies to promote SAVii’s services, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing Operations, Customer Success Team (CST), and other internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns that align with the company's objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Utilize market insights to devise marketing strategies that target specific customer segments effectively
- Manage all CST’s marketing requirements for onboarding and engagement activities
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns, from concept development to implementation and performance analysis (end-to-end campaign management)
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
- Together with Marketing Operations, help create engaging and relevant marketing materials including emailers, social messaging posts, SMS, etc.
- Ensure that the content adheres to the brand's tone, style, and messaging guidelines
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or related industry
- Proficiency in using marketing and data analytics tools to gather and interpret data
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and project management tools
