Job Location

You can work remotely from any location in Romania.

About the Role:

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team
• Ensure all support requests are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support

• Working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Aptitude for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
• Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
