Job Location
You can work remotely from any location in Romania.
About the Role:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team
- Ensure all support requests are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support
- Working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Aptitude for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
