Salesforce is seeking a well-rounded, dynamic and results-focused marketing professional to join the ASEAN marketing team as an Associate Campaign Manager leading demand generation & integrated marketing programs for the agreed segment and/or buyer portfolio in ASEAN.

This role will help drive marketing pipeline through a combination of Integrated Campaigns, Events, Digital Marketing, and Brand Awareness; connecting the customer journey with the appropriate mix of multi-cloud, cross-sell and up-sell programs across pipegen and pipe maturation; and aligning marketing across clouds, segments, and industries.

The opportunity requires a dynamic, pragmatic and flexible marketing professional with a shown history of success leading and coordinating integrated marketing programs. This position requires strategic insight and planning as well as hands-on execution with the day-to-day coordination and program management of all aspects of the initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer-driven, locally oriented end-to-end marketing strategies and programs to increase customer demand, positively impact Salesforce brand equity in Asia and meet pipeline goals throughout the funnel. This will include lead generation activities, marketing campaigns, awareness building, product & solutions sales support, reference programs, customer & partner marketing, on-line marketing programs

  • Collaborate with other marketing and communications specialists to deliver breakthrough ideas and innovation in our go-to-market strategy for net-new business via all relevant mediums and channels (e.g. Digital, events, 3rd party associations, influencers, PR/media, social media and sales programs)

  • Work closely with the sales leadership teams across Asia to align marketing programs to business and sales objectives and priorities, and ensure all sales targets are met

  • Coordinate enablement of sales development and sales programs/telemarketing resources

  • Improve and apply processes and best practices to ensure program success, making programs globally visible and available, measure outcomes and handle budgets to maximise impact.

  • Publish frequent campaign scorecards to share performance trends and best practices with key stakeholders and colleagues.

  • Collaborate with marketing team members to gain input into the program strategy, campaign approach, creative direction and impact measurement (goals/performance)

  • Orchestrate, negotiate, prioritise and handle project deliverables with other members of the marketing organisation as neede

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Relevant B2B marketing experience in a associate campaign manager or associate marketing manager capacity

  • Consistent record managing and developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, pipeline and brand preference (i.e. email, digital, direct mail, print, events and social media)

  • Demonstrated ability to handle B2B marketing campaigns throughout the pipeline funnel across web, social, email, as well as in-person events and other activities

  • Strong collaboration skills with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Experience handling marketing budgets, allocating & optimising spend across tactics and experience with forecasting results and driving quantifiable ROI

  • Shown ability partnering with sales to deliver enterprise results

  • Solid background in developing and implementing persona-focussed and/or industry-specific marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills using storytelling

  • Pursues everything with drive and energy with an eye on both the bottom line and customer success

  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a high growth, constantly changing environment

  • Track record of managing multiple initiatives and delivering results under tight deadlines

  • Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and project management abilities

  • Analytical capability for understanding and handling demand generation, forecasting, budgeting, lead flow, and the many moving parts involved in running an effective marketing machine.

  • Past experience in using Salesforce, and/or other marketing tools would be an advantage

  • Prior roles working in technology companies and especially cloud and/or marketing to service, sales and/or marketing decision makers is an advantage
