Your Role:

• Set the vision – Own the roadmap for AI-driven, autonomous agentic product development.
  • Bridge AI & Business – Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, high-impact ‘agentic resources ‘ for SMBs.
  • Build & Scale – Lead a world-class team to develop, launch, and refine AI-powered products.
  • Innovate Relentlessly – Leverage AI to automate, optimize, and unlock new opportunities for users.
  • Own the Future – Stay ahead of AI trends, ensuring we are always pushing boundaries.

What You Bring:

• AI & Agentic Tech Expertise – Deep experience with LLMs and Agentic technology architecture.
• Product Leadership – Proven success shipping AI-agentic powered products that solve real-world problems.
• Customer Intuition from the Ground Up – Deep understanding of micro-business customers across non-technical industries—construction, automotive dealerships, real estate, and other blue/grey-collar verticals. You’ve built for, sold to, or stood beside these users, and you get what they need.
• Scalability Focus – Ability to build fast, iterate aggressively, and deliver at scale.
• Vision & Execution – A bias for action, strong technical understanding, and a track record of making bold ideas real.
