Partner Manager

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Partner Manager for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan markets. This position is responsible for the SailPoint partner ecosystem to drive incremental revenue and delivery excellence for these markets.

About the job:

• Develop a scalable partner ecosystem to drive incremental revenue and delivery excellence.

• Generate sales pipeline through account mapping and deal registrations with SailPoint distributors, partners, and resellers.

• Formulate partner plans to achieve quarterly metrics in partner-involved pipeline, new logo bookings and partner certifications.

• Develop partner enablement strategy to equip our partner community to sell, promote and deliver SailPoint SaaS solutions.

• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to successfully enable our partners and execute go-to-market activities.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on multi-year partner plan and strategy.

About you:

• 10 years+ of experience in business development, strategic alliances, channel sales in a SaaS or cybersecurity organization.

• Team player working with cross-functional stakeholders and senior partner executives.

• Proven results in a partner-centric sales environment

• Regular business travel is expected for this position.

• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Education: Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field
