Implementation Project Specialist, EOR

Become part of a remote and hybrid first global company, acting as primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process and owning the client implementation, ensuring all onboarding requirements are captured and tasks are completed timely.

Requirements

• Experience in Implementation, onboarding, project coordination, and/or client success
• Foundational knowledge of EOR operations, global employment, or HR processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder communications
• Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
