Requirements
- 4-6 years of proven experience in HR management or HR business partnering
- Strong working knowledge of local and international labor laws, employment practices, and HR compliance
- Experience of managing TUPE transfer
- Experience in advising on complicated Employment Relations Issues
- Experience with global HRIS platforms and HR tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex issues and make data-driven recommendations
