Your Role

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for delivering actionable financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. With a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational and financial KPIs’ are met and growth opportunities are identified. Leveraging your expertise in financial planning within dynamic, fast-paced environments, you will play a key role in shaping the financial future of the company while driving operational efficiency and supporting long-term success.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes to ensure financial alignment with strategic goals and secure liquidity.

• Build and maintain financial models and tools that drive smart, data-based decisions across the organization.

• Analyze financial performance through variance analysis, scenario planning, and trend monitoring—turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of strategic and operational initiatives.

• Prepare and present financial reports and business cases to senior leadership, supporting high-impact decision-making.

• Ensure data accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and adherence to accounting standards to maintain financial integrity.

Your Profile

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CMA, CFA, CPA, or MBA is a strong plus.

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or a similar finance role, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven Saas environment.

• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with proficiency in reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Confident working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable managing deadlines in dynamic settings, while staying detail-oriented and focused.

• Business-minded and results-driven, with a proactive approach and a strong focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and long-term value creation.

• Strong collaborator with the ability to build trust, foster relationships, and influence across teams and functions.

• Strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic, evolving business environments.
