Founded in 2016 by Parker Conrad and Prasanna Sankar, we set out to create a comprehensive solution for the sprawling administrative challenges faced by companies. That's why we built Rippling – to consolidate these functions into one ambitious platform. Our platform is designed to handle everything from onboarding new hires in 90 seconds – setting up their payroll, health insurance, work computer, and third-party apps like Gmail, Microsoft Office, and Slack – to managing expenses, benefits, and corporate cards. We're proud to serve a wide range of customers, from small businesses with just two employees to large companies with over 1,000. Our offices span four continents, bringing together world-class talent to build what we believe is the most successful business software platform in history. We're constantly innovating and expanding our offerings, recently launching global payroll and a finance cloud to further streamline operations for our clients.
