We are Rippling, the workforce management platform that unifies HR, IT, finance, and more. Our mission is to free smart people to work on hard problems by helping automate and eliminate the administrative work of running a company. We believe that by building a single source of truth for employee data and integrating it with over 500 apps, we allow businesses to execute more efficiently.

Founded in 2016 by Parker Conrad and Prasanna Sankar, we set out to create a comprehensive solution for the sprawling administrative challenges faced by companies. We understand that managing HR, IT, and payroll processes on a global scale can be complex and costly, often requiring businesses to juggle tens or even hundreds of narrowly-focused point solutions. That's why we built Rippling – to consolidate these functions into one ambitious platform. Our platform is designed to handle everything from onboarding new hires in 90 seconds – setting up their payroll, health insurance, work computer, and third-party apps like Gmail, Microsoft Office, and Slack – to managing expenses, benefits, and corporate cards. We're proud to serve a wide range of customers, from small businesses with just two employees to large companies with over 1,000. Our offices span four continents, bringing together world-class talent to build what we believe is the most successful business software platform in history. We're constantly innovating and expanding our offerings, recently launching global payroll and a finance cloud to further streamline operations for our clients.
