We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in distributed systems to join our PBM product team. You’ll work across a modern stack that includes gRPC, GraphQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Kafka, and Nest.js to power user-facing features and workflows. Experience building applications with React and React Native is a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build and evolve APIs and services that are scalable, secure, and resilient
- Collaborate closely with your teammates to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Contribute to system architecture and technical planning
- Ensure quality through testing, documentation, and operational best practices
- Support and mentor fellow engineers as we grow the team
WHO YOU ARE:
- 7+ years of experience building production-ready systems
- Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, and API/service development
- Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and data modeling
- Familiarity with React or React Native is a plus
- Enjoys working across the stack to deliver impactful features
- Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
EXTRA CREDIT:
- Experience working in healthcare or with pharmacy benefit management (PBM) systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling PHI
- Previous work in a startup or fast-paced product environment
SALARY (Before Bonus Potential): $160,000 - $190,000
Offer amounts for both remote and in office roles are influenced by geographic location.
